LULU’s 

Formerly known as Chandelier Room, the venue was recently re-conceptualized to LULU’S, with a fusion of classic sophistication and contemporary flamboyance. 

Situated at the west bank of Hudson River, it boasts of spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, creating splendid experiences for city visitors and local patrons. 

CATCH and CATCH Roof 

CATCH restaurant offers an inviting, energetic atmosphere and features delectable seafood cuisine prepared by a well-celebrated and executive chef. The 2-storey restaurant offers an array of exclusive dining experiences, common dining areas, and an open kitchen.

CATCH Roof, which is situated right above CATCH on the top of the building at 21 Ninth Avenue, is an intimate and partially-enclosed glass penthouse lounge, with an ultra-sleek setting for guests to sip cocktails while enjoying a panoramic view of the downtown skyline. What more, patrons can dance to the music of a resident DJ as they watch over the Gansevoort Plaza.

Lexington Brass

A new American bistro lobby, Lexington Brass offers warm and hospitable atmosphere ensuring that local New Yorkers and city visitors find solace and satisfaction with its contemporary setting and amazingly-designed walls.

The restaurant features traditional American cuisine prepared by its executive chef. The menu comprises of fresh and locally-sourced ingredients, nurturing a sense of familiarity among its customers.
