Do Clean Your Braces

This is usually the first amongst the dos of braces. If your braces are clean your will avoid any chances of bacteria settling in your teeth and in turn enhancing any form of cavities.

Do Brush Your Teeth

Even with braces never do without brushing or flossing your teeth. Absolute hygiene is the best thing for quick recovery. Therefore brush your teeth at least twice a day, floss, and use enough fluoride.

Do Eat Soft Food

Don’t Try To Fix Your Braces

If there arises any form of emergency, say your metallic braces snap, never try to fix them alone. Raise your orthodontist and let them have a look at it.
